If you are reading this help, it is because you are possibly arriving at this Trance family. Welcome! Here all Dj´s are equal, not differentiating anyone. The respect for you like person, and for your work is one guaranty !

This Radio, Radio Trance Passion, is one independent radio with no profits.
We work only for the passion of music, this our passion.
We have our Editorial Status! (You can read more here )
If you have already collaborating with other Radios, you have already have some ideas ,
how it works, but each Radio has its own method of operation.
Our goal Promote Trance music and Djs! Broadcast 24H/day Trance music .
What we win ?
The pure pleasure for broadcast Trance and listening great Set´s! Make people happy ! *-This is one non profit radio *-All the expenses are supported from the owners, and some donations. (if happens)
Our Story , from other Radios One Team with large experience playing in others radios, like Dj´s, Administrators, and Radios Owners too. Every day we make Trance history with Trance Passion, with this our Trance Family. More than ever (try) make people happy is one necessity! We do our best! (This is Trance too)

Our working method, Tries to emphasize pillars of responsibility and dialogue, and all the pure passion for Trance. We are demanding, but understanding and try always talking, as you should be with us.
No one radio is above the DJs, and vice versa. *- If you don´t like some (...), or have any comment, one suggestion, one idea, fell free for tell us . We appreciate the sincerity .
If you play in others Radios.

For this reason, you can never compare one method to other ( or one Radio to other Radio)
Can I broadcast in Radio Trance Passion?
Basic requisites :
-Name of the show
-Photo or logo or cover for support
-Punctuality in upload
-Regular upload.
-Minimum quality in Set - (Mixing and selection)
-Register in our page like DjMember (see more for me one Dj Member here)
-Team spirit

Our broadcast:

At the present date we have audio server in main countries, more than 19 audio servers.
(and audio servers associated)
Video
We are broadcast video too ! ( Your audio Set is broadcast in our video servers, even without having a video!
At the present we are analyse the evolution, counting for this, parameters like audiences and DJ presences, for compare the cost / benefit.

About you
About you, we appreciate :
- Check our metadata of the set! ( some help and good practices here)
- Check your audio levels - One set with Peak level result in low quality
( we will make one post about it)
- Be punctual with the upload of your Set´s.
- If your show time is one hour, (or 2 hours) keep it. - Respect the start time for others Dj´s.
- If you want more time, you can do it, but you have to tell us.
- The best is to receive your Set´s with a previous week , or in the worst case, 3 days before the start time for your Show.
-To optimize possible delays, all new (Dj´s) will only be issued in the next week. - If you don't send to us your Set more then 3 times, with no communication / information we consider you don´t play with us. - Do the covid-19 situation we extend to 4 times
- Except, if we have direct access to the Set´s. In this special cases, we will download .
- In 1st time (or without radio recommendations, or other (...) ), all Dj start like Guest.
Only one mouth pass to resident Dj.
SETS
For sending the Set´s to us.
For all Dj´s we create a personal folder and only you have access and can send.
Why this personal folder?
1 Allows our system to automatically retrieve your set for your show, minimizing the error.
(always with our supervision )
2- The time you spend send in upload to one cloud is the same for upload here
3 - Your email not to get lost in thousands of emails received.
Only in very special cases, we will accept Set´s by email, and justified.
(very soon you will have access to Airtime again , and upload to your show).
4 The time we have is limited by the number of tasks to be done on Radio, like your time.
5- Like you, we need vacations too, and the Radio can´t stop, waiting for your email.
6- All procedures soon will be the most automatic possible for stay with you. (support)
All the help you can give us, you are helping yourself.
More you are able to help us, more we are able to spread the Radio all over the word, and promote / support you. You also reap these benefits. Cover: 1- Your cover is your face! (Try make one good cover) 1.1 If you make one cover from your set, send to us! 1.2 We can support you (better) with one cover and the people like it. Tip: - Add from our kit our logo KIT Tracklist: 1- If you have the tracklist from your set, sent to us. 1.1 - We can promote you (better) with the tracklist in our post´s and the listeners and Dj´s like it. Tip: Our partners appreciate too the mention in post´s
Tips about the Set´s:
1- If you cannot send a set.
- Talk to us, we see you the best way.
2- If you are going on vacation.
You can always send an old sets, or prepare this absence !
(we understand that if a set is good yesterday, it will be good today) 3- If is one absence non programmed , talk with us. We try always find the best way.
4- The worst that can happen to a radio is the silence.

1. Possible you don´t believe , but share our schedule or your flyer is one of best ways for support you and you set. (very hight impact in public )
1.1 All days you find the schedule in post in our blog *- except vacations
Tip. At the present we are making the schedule with 2 days in advance
Our objective one week!
SET 1- Try never leave your set alone in Radio. 1.2. Try support your set. 1.3. The set is your creation. 1.4 Like we treat your set with respect, we appreciate you do the same with your set. 1.5 Your fans will thanks to you.
1.6 If you don't support your work , possible your fans never know. 1.7 Don't expect the Radio do everything for you! 1.8 Our function is broadcast, only! 1.9 We try support you, but is not one obligation. All we have personal live, and many things to do in background! One day is possible support , other day, impossible, but never is not good practice. Forms of support (suggestions) 1- Social 1.2 Share your set in social 1.3 When your set goes to air try share in your social 1.5 More people will know, and follow you 1.6 If you can´t share based on schedule do it in same way, one day before for example!
